Recruitment
As you are aware, people are the most valuable resource of any organisation. In many instances within recruitment we fall into the trap of hiring based on eligibility, where in reality, suitability can be a sounder predictor of success - hence our company motto “the whole is greater than the sum of its parts”.
Catalyst for Change prides itself on providing a bespoke recruitment process that works in partnership with Boards and Senior Management. Our point of difference is taking the time to identify each organisation’s individual vision, ethos and practice (evidenced through consultation). This, together with genuine relationships, robust processes and efficiency, yields good results. A significant area of expertise has been within the Education sector.
Catalyst for Change is responsive to the existing recruitment experience of Boards, tailoring our process to respect this expertise, their time availability and budget. Some Boards and organisations are happy with Catalyst for Change fulfilling all aspects of the recruitment process, from advertising materials, to formulation of interview questions. Other Boards prefer Catalyst for Change to take a more facilitative role, guiding them through a tried and tested recruitment process and delegating tasks and responsibilities to Trustees. Regardless of the recruitment option, Catalyst for Change works in partnership to meet the individual needs of Board and to recruit the best person for the job.
