Statutory Intervention & Governance Support
Terri Johnstone has a proven track record of effectively supporting schools in the role of Commissioner and/or Limited Statutory Manager. As Limited Statutory Manager, most of this covers the portfolios of employment, policy and health and safety. As a Commissioner, Terri is appointed in place of a Board and picks up all aspects of governance, including finance and property.
This work calls on skills and knowledge in governance, from strategic focus and engagement with stakeholders, to best practice in human resource management. These roles are both challenging and rewarding, calling on maturity, integrity, managerial courage, objectivity and fairness, and an empathy for people. Terri has crafted a reputation for getting things done.
